Building Material Testing

We provide a wide range of testing services for aggregates, cement, marble, granite, paints, coatings, refractories, and steel with effective and timely delivery.

10% Fine Value: All aggregates are required to meet a minimum strength value, as defined by the 10% value test. This ensures only the highest quality materials are used. Test Method: IS 2386 (P-4) 1963.

Alkali Aggregate Reactivity: This reaction occurs over time in concrete between alkaline cement paste and non-crystalline silicon dioxide found in many aggregates, causing expansion and potential spalling. Test Method: IS 2386 (P-7) 1963.

Chloride Content: Ensures the material meets safety standards and prevents corrosion in reinforced concrete structures.
