To complete your registration and ensure compliance, we request you to provide any one of the following valid documents:

• Sales Tax / VAT Registration / Service Tax / Excise Duty / Goods & Services Tax (GST) Registration; or
• Trade License (such as license/registration certificate/membership certificate/registration under the Shops and Establishment Act, issued by a Government Authority / Government Body / Local Self-Government Authority) showing that the holder is engaged in commercial activity; or
• Permit / License for retail trade (such as tehbazari or similar license for hawkers) issued by Government Authorities / Local Self-Government Bodies; or
• Certificate of Incorporation / Society Registration / Public Trust Registration.

Refund & Exchange Policy – Zeal Biologicals

At Zeal Biologicals, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Please note that once products are delivered, returns are generally not accepted. However, exchanges are possible in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective or expired product

Exchanges are subject to product availability in our stock.

Conditions for Exchange

1. All items for exchange must be unused, in original condition, and with all original labels and packaging intact. Products should not be broken or tampered with.
2. Exchanges can be processed only if your address is serviceable by our logistics team.
3. If your purchase included free gifts or offers, any exchange or refund may be adjusted according to the value of the free items, which must be returned along with the main product.
4. If returning items via self-shipment, please pack them securely to prevent damage or loss. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
5. Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, flowers) cannot be returned if the packet is opened or damaged.
6. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact customer care at 7893523557 to initiate.

8. Any issues with the delivered product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

To process your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Order Cancellations

Zeal Biologicals reserves the right to cancel orders, in whole or in part, due to:

• Product unavailability
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Logistical constraints

In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded according to our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
3. Contact your bank, as some processing time may be required before the refund is posted.
